- Friendly management that is eager to provide accommodations for professional students and other community-inspiring individuals
Cons:
- Occasional outdoor noise level (though I’m sure you’d get accustomed to it)
- Hourly chime of church bells from Catholic Church across the street
- Noise from passing Rapid transit vehicles
- Window blinds need replacing beforehand
